PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an extracted solution comprising an active ingredient contained in silk as a main component. SOLUTION: A substance produced by lactic acid bacteria is formulated with silk amino acid powder in the weight ratio of 7:3, the mixture is aged for about one year and an active ingredient is extracted to give an extracted solution. The extracted solution is formulated with a formulated solution of an extracted solution obtained by extracting an active ingredient of Gloiopeltis furcata of green alga, an extracted solution obtained by extracting an active ingredient of Panax notoginseng, an extracted solution obtained by extracting an active ingredient of chrysalis taken out from cocoon, an extracted solution obtained by extracting an active ingredient of Pseudocydonia sinensis and an extracted solution obtained by extracting an active ingredient of Cordyceps sinensis in the weight ratio of 1: 1 to give a mixed solution, which is aged for about one year and the mixed solution is filtered to produce a silk essence extracted solution comprising silk as a main component.
