<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost for radiographing the specific area, and to obtain a stable image causing no defect of an image of a boundary part of lens units. SOLUTION: In this radiographing device for acquiring converted visible radiation as an electric signal by area sensors 24 correspondingly arranged one to one to lens units 22 via the two-dimensionally arranged 3×3 pieces or more lens units by converting object information obtained by passing an X-ray generated by a radioactive ray generating means through an object into the visible radiation by a scintillator 21, a difference in a focal distance between the adjacent lens units 22 is within 10%, and when an F number of the lens units 22 is F and transmissivity is T%, a difference in T/F2 between the adjacent lens units 22 is within 10%, and an MTF difference between the same image height of a spatial frequency corresponding to 2 pieces/mm on the scintillator 21 is within 30% in the respective lens units 22. The over lap length L of adjacent images on the respective area sensors 24 is not less than 0.1 mm, and is not more than 1/3 of the effective image pickup area length.</p> |
