PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To partially and quantitatively spray sand, which is used for providing the design properties on the surface of an exterior material such as an outer wall material, a roof material or the like, on the surface of a work to be carried. SOLUTION: A sand spraying device is provided with a unit U having a rotating disk 2 with a plurality of through-holes 1 formed on a concentric circle, a masked plate 3 positioned at least under one through-hole, and a sand feed means 4 for feeding a given quantity of sand to the through-holes.
