PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain a coated film excellent in transparency and decontaminating properties. SOLUTION: This photocurable silicone block acryl copolymer (B) comprises (A-1) an alkylene thioether group-containing polydimethylsiloxane-based component unit derived from mercapto-modified polydimethylsiloxane, (A-2) an unsaturated group-containing (meth)acrylic ester-based component unit derived from a reactional product of addition reaction of an epoxy group-containing ester of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and the unsaturated carboxylic acid and (A-3) a component unit derived from other monomer. The photocurable composition comprises the copolymer (B) and a photocuring agent. The method for producing the photocurable silicone block acryl copolymer (B) is to copolymerize (a-1) the mercapto-modified polydimethylsiloxane, (a-2) the epoxy group- containing ester of the unsaturated carboxylic acid and (a-3) the other monomer and then carry out the addition reaction of the obtained epoxy group- containing silicone block acryl copolymer (A) with the unsaturated carboxylic acid.
