PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic bag body which is excellent in durability, a feel property and an environmental property. SOLUTION: An elastic bag body 1 comprises a two-layer structure of an inner layer and an exterior layer. The exterior layer resin material is a soft olefin based elastomer of <=90 durometer hardness A (JISK7215) and <=100 kg/cm2 modulus elasticity in tension (JISK7113). The inner layer resin material is a polyolefin of <=90 durometer hardness A (JISK7215) and >=200 kg/cm2 modulus of elasticity in tension (JISK7113). A wall thickness of the outer layer is 50-90% of total wall thickness.
