PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To polish the whole surface of spherical surface portion with a grinding wheel having a small outer diameter as compared with the size of the spherical surface portion at a tip end of a shaft with spherical surface even if an edge portion at an outer periphery of an end surface of the grinding wheel is damaged. SOLUTION: The spherical surface processing device is provided with a cylindrical roller 1 and a V-shape roller 3 mounted to parallel right and left rotation shafts 2, 4 each other so as to receive a spherical surface portion 6 at a tip end of a shaft 5 with a spherical surface; eccentric inner rings 7, 10 mounted to the respective rotation shafts 2, 4 in adjacent to the cylindrical roller 1 and the V-shape roller 3 so as to receive a shaft part 13 of the shaft 5 with the spherical surface; and right and left spherical outer rings 9, 12 freely and rotatably mounted to the respective eccentric inner rings 7, 10 through bearings 8, 11. The right and left spherical outer rings 9, 12 are constituted so as to symmetrically each other move in perspective. The shaft part 13 is received by the right and left spherical outer rings 9, 12. The device is further provided with a rotation grinding wheel 14 having an end surface formed to a spherical shape and inserted to a recessed portion such that the end surface is fitted to the spherical portion 6.
