PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a flaw, and the like, generated on an electrodeposition film applied to the surface of an aluminum building material like an aluminum sash. SOLUTION: In this repairing method for a coating film, a part to be repaired of the electrodeposition film applied to the surface of the aluminum building material is spray-coated with a repairing coating material having a gloss lower than that of the electrodeposition film, and after being dried and cured, the repairing coating film is polished.
