PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed system with an evacuation mechanism constituted so as to prevent such a phenomenon that a user's hip part is held between the front and rear end of the mat of the bed system when the front and rear parts of the mat are returned to the original state after the completion of evacuation. SOLUTION: A bed system with an evacuation mechanism is formed so that a toilet seat support mechanism 29 is arranged to a toilet bowl and the toilet seat 28 arranged on the toilet seat support mechanism 29 is raised to move the user seated on the toilet seat 28 upwardly along the front part 3 of a mat 2.
