PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for ozonizer, which is capable of easily assembling an ozonizer having an earth side electrode tube and a discharge tube. SOLUTION: The spacer for ozonizer 4 is interposed between the earth side electrode tube 1 and the discharge tube 2, which constitute the ozonizer. The spacer 4 is composed of a circular band 4a extending around the whole periphery of the outside surface of the discharge tube 2 and the circular band 4a has a plurality of round projecting parts 7 in contact with the inside of the earth side electrode tube 1. The circular band 4a of the spacer 4 has a plurality of chevron-sectional projecting parts 8 having flexibility, has the flexibility as a whole and is fitted into the outside periphery of the discharge tube 2. The discharge tube 2, into which a spacer 3 is fitted, is inserted into the earth side electrode tube 1.
