PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a bathroom by spraying hot water to the floor of a bathroom by a simple device. SOLUTION: A device main body 100 to be installed in the bathroom is provided with a controller 107 for executing communication between with a remote-controlled operator 200 and operation/stopping of a pump 104, a sucking port 101 to be dropped into the bathtub and a hot water spray port 103 opening toward the floor of the bathroom. In accordance with an instruction from a remote-controller, the controller execute control to operate the pump to suck the hot water in the bathroom to sprinkle it to the floor of the bathroom and to stop the operation of the pump after a prescribed time elapses.
