PURPOSE: A frit glass for fusing the panel of a flat color CRT and the rail concrete is provided to prevent the error by pores of the frit glass and increase cohesiveness between the panel and the rail concrete during coating. CONSTITUTION: In a frit glass for fusing the panel of a flat color CRT and the rail concrete, fill frit glass(15a) and top frit glass(15b) are used onto the panel(3). Here, PbO of the frit glass takes account for 55 to 70 W%. And 5 to 20 W% of SnO is added to the frit glass. SnO is added to improve hardness and strength, and maintain constant heat expansivity by making alloy out of PbO and SnO. In detail, the hardness becomes 23 to 40 MPa. And the strength becomes 8 to 11.3 HB. Thus the damage to the glass can be reduced during cleaning under high pressure.
