PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mortar which is ready mixed with red lava, sand and cement is provided for use directly in construction fields by adding only water. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: choosing coarse lavas and sands through an oversize screen(30), where lava and sand contain moisture of 3-8%, preferably; dry-mixing by heating at 100-300deg.C with a dryer(50) and choosing coarse particles again through a rotary screen(60); mixing cement, lava and sand in a weight ratio of 0.75-1.25 : 2.5 : 3.5 in a mixer(130); supplying the mixture to a conveyor(150) through a hopper(140) and storing in a silo(170).
