PURPOSE: An apparatus for distributing a spacer in an LCD(liquid crystal display) is to reduce a using amount of the spacer regardless of a kind of the used spacer when performing a spacer distributing process in the LCD. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate is disposed in a distributing bath(20) to perform a distributing process. A spacer supplying unit(30) supplies a spacer to the distributing bath. A spacer supplying line(40) connects the distributing bath and the spacer supplying unit. A corona discharging unit(50) is disposed at an upper portion of the distributing bath to be connected with the spacer supplying line and discharge the spacer. A nozzle(60) is disposed at an upper portion of the glass substrate to be connected with the corona discharging unit and then distribute the discharged spacer in the glass substrate. In the spacer supplying unit, a storing bath(31) for storing the spacer is connected with the spacer supplying line. A supplying roller(32) is rotatably disposed in the storing bath adjacent to the supplying line so that the spacer is supplied along an outer face of the roller to the spacer supplying line.
