PURPOSE: A steam oil burner preheats and spray fuel using steam generated therein to simplify structure thereof and improves thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A steam oil burner comprises a steam generating device(10), a refill water supplying device(20), a fuel preheating device(30) and a burner(40). The steam generating device(10) is installed on a flue tube(1), generates steam by the heat transmitted by the flue tube(1) and is automatically supplied with refill water. The refill water supplying device(20) is supplied with steam generated in the steam generating device(10), supplies refill water to the steam generating device(10) and is supplemented with lacking water from outside. The fuel preheating device(30) preheats fuel by the steam generated in the steam generating device(20) and flowing through a coiled pipe in a fuel preheating barrel(32) in a fuel tank(31) so that the preheated fuel is supplied to the burner(40) through a fuel supplying pipe(34) in a steam pipe(33). The burner(40) sprays fuel supplied through the fuel supplying pipe(34) by the steam supplied through the steam pipe(33).
