PURPOSE: A ventilation shoe is provided, which prevents production of sweat by smooth ventilation of air through the shoes, prevents also increase of bacteria, remaining of dust, and bad smell, therefore it improves foot health. CONSTITUTION: The ventilation shoe(10) is comprised of: a heel(11) of the shoe(10); a bottom(12) of the shoe(10); an air ventilation hole(20) formed from the heel(11) of the shoe to the bottom(12) of the shoe(10); a supporting pad(40) containing many air holes(41) for ventilation connected to the inside of the shoe to pass through and many projections(42) below the supporting pad(40) with a downward look; an interior connected with the inflow entrance(51)(51'); and an exterior connected with the deflation way(50)(50') which is connected with an outlet(52) formed on both sides of the exterior side of the uppers of leather shoes.
