摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing of the degradation in decomposition activity on account of the toxicity by the intermediate product of decomposition formed by the toxicity and enzyme reaction derived from the manifestation of the decomposition enzyme appearance itself and maintaining the high decomposition efficiency when a volatile organic chlorine compound, etc., having hard decomposability are subjected to a decomposition treatment by using microorganisms. SOLUTION: This method for enhancing the efficiency of the remediation consists in allowing the microorganisms having organic compound decomposability to effect the co-manifestation of glutathionereductase together with a decomposition enzyme system of the organic compound and effecting the decomposition by bringing the organic compounds into contact with the microorganisms in the restoration of the environment polluted by the organic compounds by using the microorganisms described above. More preferably the method effective when the organic compound of a pollution source is a chlorinated aliphatic compound, for example, trichloroethylene or dichloroethylene is obtained.</p>
