PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a soilproof product which allows easy cleaning of oil stain. SOLUTION: This product has a base metal 1 composed of stainless steel and a covering layer 2 covered on the surface of the base metal 1 and composed of porcelain enamel having hydrophilic properties, and the ten-point average roughness (Rz) of the covering layer is <20μm.
