PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable resin composition having slight odor, excellent in air drying properties, heat resistance and water resistance, having sufficient toughness and low viscosity and therefore having good balance as a material for coating a concrete, a mortar, a steel sheet, a glass, a timber, etc., especially as a topcoating material for an FRP waterproof lining and to provide a method for producing the curable resin composition. SOLUTION: This curable resin composition comprises (A) 25-50 wt.% of a polyester (meth)acrylate containing a structural unit derived from tetrahydrophthalic acids in the structure, (B) 15-55 wt.% of an epoxy (meth) acrylate and (c) 15-45 wt.% of a monomer containing 50-100 wt.% of a monofunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and a bifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and having >=90 deg.C boiling point under 6.7×103 Pa.
