PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multilayered structure excellent in mechanical strength, appearance, hydrothermal resistance, oxygen barrier properties and maldor barrier properties. SOLUTION: A multilayered structure is obtained by stretching a multilayered structure, which is constituted by laminating a layer of a thermoplastic resin (D) on at least the single surface of a layer of a resin composition (C) consisting of 75-99 weight % of a resin (A) with an oxygen permeability of 300 cc.20μm/m2.day.atm (a value measured at 20 deg.C-65% RH) or less and 1-25 weight % of an inorganic filler, by twice or more at least in an uniaxial direction.
