PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparation for a mixture of the diastereomer of a compound expressed by general formula Ia and a compound expressed by general formula Ib including much of the compound of Ia through a new synthetic process more practically, directly and high in yield. SOLUTION: The method includes a method of preparing for a mixture of the diastereoisomer of piperidinylaminomethyltrifluoromethyl cyclo ether expressed by the general formulas Ia and Ib and their pharmaceutically permissible salts, and a new method for preparation and purification for an intermediate compound useful for the preparation of the compound of the general formulas Ia and Ib. R1 is a 1-6C alkyl; R2 is a 1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C haloalkyl or a (substituted)phenyl; R3 is H or a halogen atom; and (m) is 0, 1 or 2}.
