PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing phosphorus-containing vinyl ester capable of being easily producing the phosphorus-containing vinyl ester from an epoxide compound, a phosphorus-containing compound and (meth)acrylic acid by a simple and easy manufacturing process. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a phosphorus-containing vinyl ester by reacting raw materials containing an epoxide compound, a phosphorus- containing compound and (meth)acrylic acid, the reaction among the epoxy resin, the phosphorus-containing resin and (meth)acrylic acid is simultaneously carried out.
