PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor of elongation of the turret drive chain, capable of conducting so-called preventive maintenance, by detecting the elongation of the turret drive chain to find whether the detection result is under the specific value inside the tolerance, of beyond the specific value outside the tolerance, before the machine becomes impossible to operate or the shot pin cannot be inserted. SOLUTION: In the board-processing machine such as the turret punch press P, when the turret is rotated for positioning for indexing the desired punch and the die on the turret 3-1 having punches and dies, the machine has the sensor 2-2 which detects the elongation of the turret drive chain to transmit the rotation power of the drive part 3-2 and the display 1 which displays alternatively the detection results of the sensor, if the result of the sensor is beyond the specific value, the warning alarm is indicated to prevent that the machine becomes impossible to operate.
