PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which allows the easy maintenance of a treating liquid by adopting the constitution to provide the inside of a circulation type treating device with means for maintaining the acidic value of the liquid. SOLUTION: The circulation type treating device 1 is internally provided with the first treating vessel A for simultaneously subjecting solids to a mechano-chemical treatment by a pulverizing machine 7 and the second treating device B which separates the treated solids to the insoluble matter, etc., and cleaned liquid by an aperture 16 disposed at a main body pipe 17, by which the acidic value in the liquid is maintained. The acidic value is otherwise maintained by an electrolytic cell 34, by which the always stable treatment of the solids is carried out and the maintenance of the treating liquid is facilitated.
