PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, in the traditional pipe type spray nozzles, its tip part is of a pipe shape as it is, a foggy state spray is not generated in spraying, a diffusion range is also narrow, the spray amount of a mold releasing agent and the spray time are increased, the number of spray nozzles are many, gas is generated by decrease of the temperature of a mold owing to an increase of the spray amount, a high pressure, or the like, and they become also generation factors of quality inferiority of castings and also generation factors for contamination and human disaster. SOLUTION: In a pipe type spray nozzle of a diecasting mold spray device, a spray opening of the spray nozzle is formed in a slit shape, and the inner diameter of a spray nozzle tip part is made smaller than the inner diameter of a spray nozzle body. Then, a mold releasing agent is uniformly stuck to the mold to improve an adhesive property. By improvement of the adhesive property, suppression of the temperature drop of the mold, improvement of the life of the mold, and decrease of discharge of an initial undesirable product in start of casting are attained. Gas in casting by evaporation of the mold releasing agent is not generated, and quality inferiority of the product is decreased. By one piece of the spray nozzle, a spraying range of the mold releasing agent is widened, a use amount of the mold releasing agent is decreased, the number of used agent piece is decreased, and an installation cost can also be reduced.
