PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a bend of a cylindrical body due to thermal expansion to the utmost so as to reduce rotational deflection. SOLUTION: A pachinko ball lifting device is provided with a lifting cylindrical body 11 having a through passage penetrating axially, and the cylindrical body 11 is constructed of a plurality of short cylindrical bodies 11p connected together in the axial direction. In this pachinko ball lifting device, a straightening core rod 53 is passed through the through passages 31, 31p of the short cylindrical bodies 11p removably. As the center is straightened, a bend can be prevented even when the cylindrical body 11 is thermally expanded. In this way, rotational deflection can be reduced.
