PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement capable of taking out a venter fat, pressing an intestine and overcoming a hernia while growing an abdominal muscle. SOLUTION: The instrument overcomes the hernia while growing the abdominal muscle by integrating several rollers having deep rugged grooves and placing the rollers on the venter.
