PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag to be easily unsealed and easily open and close an unsealed mouth after once unsealed. SOLUTION: A packaging bag 10 is provided with first yielding lines 20 for unsealing formed on one face 10A of a pair of faces facing each other and second yielding lines 30 for unsealing formed on the other face 10B, and the first yielding lines are disposed to be shifted by a portion of W20-30 in the vertical direction of the second yielding lines. As the first yielding lines and the second yielding lines are disposed as described above, an adequate knob section is formed on the unsealing mouth of the packaging bag after unsealing based on the shift section between the first yielding lines and the second yielding lines, and the knob section can be easily pinched by the tips of fingers to easily carry out the unsealing work and also easily opening and closing the unsealed mouth after once unsealed.
