PURPOSE: A transmission is easy to convert to a transmission without a shuttle and possible to install a power shuttle using hydraulic pressure and easy to be changed into a transmission with a short wheel base as the shuttle is installed between a main gearshift part and an auxiliary gearshift part. CONSTITUTION: A front transmission case(1) has a main gearshift part therein. A mid transmission case(2) has a modulated middle shuttle part having a main gearshift device part(10) and a shuttle gearshift part(11) therein. A rear transmission case(3) has an auxiliary gearshift part therein. If the middle shuttle part is not needed, the mid transmission case(2) is removed so that the front transmission case(1) and the rear transmission case(3) are directly connected.
