PURPOSE: A synthetic resin corrugated box has improved appearance, is strong in structure and recyclable without removing rivets or staples. CONSTITUTION: A corrugated box manufacturing device comprises a V-shape fusing device and a plane fusing device(40). The V-shape fusing device comprises a lower metal mold and an upper metal mold. The lower metal mold is where the box material is placed and has a suction hole to fix the material. The upper metal mold is placed above the lower metal mold and vertically moves to push and fuse the material fixed on the lower metal mold by the heat of a heater built in to form uncut v-shaped groove. The plane fusing device(40) comprises a fusion metal mold(52) and a pair of the an upper and a lower metal molds(54, 56). The fusion metal mold(52) folds the v-shaped groove perpendicularly and fuses the both sides of the v-shaped groove to form a square box and contacts with the upper part and the lower part of the doubled surface simultaneously to partly melt the doubled surface by the heat of a heater(51) built in. The upper and the lower metal molds(54, 56) make the doubled surface adhere to each other and fuses planely.
