PURPOSE: An outlet clamping device reduces manufacturing cost of a paper compressor by using a single ram cylinder to clamp the outlet of a damaged paper compressor. CONSTITUTION: A ram cylinder(9) is installed on the upper part of an upper frame(3). A fluctuating link(11) is connected to the upper end of a piston of the ram cylinder(9). Connecting links(12) are connected to the both ends of the fluctuating link(11) with axis pins(13). The other ends of the connecting links(12) are connected with the upper ends of clamps(15), whose lower ends are connected with a lower frame(5) with axis pins(14), with axis pins(16). Supporting protrusions(15a) supporting the lower parts of side frames(4) are formed on the clamps(15) and pushers(15b) pushing the side frames(4) to the central part are formed under the supporting protrusions(15a).
