PURPOSE: An interface apparatus between exchange and TMN (Telecommunication Management Network) agent is provided to simplify the interface apparatus, receive directly the message from the exchange, and process the message, thereby reducing the implementation time and capable of transmitting the message without conversion. CONSTITUTION: A TMN operator's terminal is installed to the exchange, performs a function for branching a TMN request of a TMN agent(300) to each function block, extracts the construction information from the exchange database and then provides it to the TMN agent(300). An IPC(Inter Process Communication) handler(400) performs an ethernet communication to the exchange in order to process the TMN request of the TMN agent. The IPC handler(400) includes a request message processing unit(410) for processing the TMN request message of the TMN agent. Also, the IPC handler(400) includes a response message processing unit(420) for processing the response message according to the TMN request of the exchange.
