PURPOSE: A device for spraying ink of electrostatic force type and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to simplify the progresses of manufacturing by manufacturing a membrane with a driving portion in manufacturing the driving portion and to generate the electrostatic force efficiently and to spray ink efficiently. CONSTITUTION: In the device for spraying ink of electrostatic force type and the method for manufacturing thereof, a board(115), a membrane(130), a lower electrode(117) and an upper electrode(137) are included. The board(115) includes an ink storing portion(195) for receiving ink supplied from the outer ink supply source and an ink chamber(127) for receiving ink supplied from the ink storing portion(195) and an ink supply route(121) for connecting the ink storing portion(195) and the ink chamber(127) and a nozzle hole(122) extended from the ink chamber(127) and open to the outside. The membrane(130) is layed on the board(115). The lower electrode(117) is received in the ink chamber(127) and the upper electrode(137) is installed on the outer face of the membrane(130).
