PURPOSE: An emboss forming device capable of forming a desired pattern by distinctly embossing an embossed surface from non-embossed surface with a pile fabric emboss forming apparatus for forming emboss on various pile fabrics such as artificial furs is provided, which has an effect on treating without elevating tension is suitable for mass production. CONSTITUTION: This emboss forming device comprises a silicon roller(11) for conveying fabrics; an emboss roller(16) for forming an emboss pattern by contacting the silicon roller and pressing; a reciprocating device between a frame(20) and the emboss roller to impart an alternating motion during the rotation of the emboss roller, wherein the reciprocating device comprises a motor attached to the frame, a cam connected to a motor shaft to be rotated and a slide flap connected to one side of the cam and another side at the inside of a guide plate.
