PURPOSE: A machine for manufacturing a water purifying cartridge is provided to manufacture a cartridge filter having superior flatness and a certain thickness by simultaneously sucking dispersed materials in an aqueous solution using a suction pump from the aqueous solution containing activated carbon fiber and a binder and rotating a cartridge mold, thereby forming a cylindrical activated carbon fiber cartridge filter. CONSTITUTION: The machine for manufacturing a water purifying cartridge comprises a cylindrical porous cartridge core (11) around the outer circumference of which non-woven fabric (12) is wound; disc shaped cartridge supporters (14) adhesively coupled to both end parts of the cartridge core (11); an aqueous solution discharging hole (13) formed at the center part of the cartridge supporters (14) and straightly connected to the hollow part of the cartridge core (11); and a cartridge mold (16) consisting of metallic strainer (15) mounted between the cartridge supporters (14), wherein an activated carbon fiber cartridge is manufactured by sucking the aqueous solution using suction pumps located at both end parts of the cartridge manufacturing machine (10) after putting the cartridge mold (16) into an aqueous solution containing activated carbon fiber and binder.
