PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap to be easily classifiably recovered and not cutting a hinge even when the hinge cap of large tear resistance is recovered and provided with the dishonest alteration preventing effect by protruding one torn fine width elastic band outwardly. SOLUTION: In a synthetic resin hinge cap integrally connecting an inner cover 9 with an outer cover 20 by a three-part snap hinge H formed of a wide central thin wall rotating supporting hinge 11 and fine width elastic bands 12 on both sides, a vertical weakening line 13 passing one side section of a root of the wide thin wall rotating support hinge 11 is formed on an outer peripheral wall 5, and a peripheral direction weakening line 14 connected with the above weakening line 13 is formed on a fitting upper wall 6 along the inside of the root of the thin wall rotating support hinge 11. |
