PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a compound writing utensil, in which the fixation between members becomes possible by a weak force and which can easily be assembled manually without requiring skill or tools. SOLUTION: In the compound writing utensil, in which the operating parts of a plurality of push-button members, each connects to each writing body, are projected above respective longitudinal grooves provided so as to reach the rear end parts of a rear barrel in order to selectively project a writing part beyond the tip hole of a front barrel and engage by sliding the respective push-button members towards the point of the barrel, a slit part slidably guiding the push-button member is provided to be open to the front end of the rear barrel under the state being communicated with the longitudinal groove of the rear barrel. Further, an engaging projection is formed on the front end outer periphery of the rear barrel so as to engage the engaging projection through the elastic deformation of the reduced diametrical side at the point of the rear barrel with the engaging stepped part provided in the inner hole of a middle barrel. Thus, the rear barrel is brought into a fixed state, in which the slit part ahead the longitudinal groove of the rear barrel is fitted to the middle barrel. |
