PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for live bait, preventing water in the container from spilling even when the container is swung. SOLUTION: In this container for live bait, a disk-like cover 3 is attached with a slide fastener 2 to an inner surface of a cylindrical container body 1 at a predetermined distance from the periphery of the upper opening of the body 1. The cover 3 is made of a flexible material, has a diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the body 1, and further has a small hole 7 at the center. The cover 3 is bent in the body 1 so as to be transformed into a dish-like shape, therefore the water spilt from an area where the cover 3 is fastened is gathered into the center of the cover 3 and returned to the body 1 through the small hole 7. Thus the water in the container for live bait is prevented from being scattered on the surrounding, and further the shortage of the water is prevented. |
