PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a honeycomb sandwich panel which can control the crush of a honeycomb core, simplify a production process, reduce production costs, and decrease the weight of a product and is useful in the production of a warped panel. SOLUTION: The honeycomb core 3 is mounted on a composite prepreg of an outside skin placed on a molding mold 1, a composite material prepreg 2' of an inside skin is laid on top of the honeycomb core to cover it, plane elastic members 4a-4d are mounted on a marginal part where the prepreg 2 and the prepreg 2' are laid to overlap each other, and plane holding members 5a-5d are placed on top of the elastic members to be adhesion-molded by pressing and heating. Or, the honeycomb core is mounted on the prepreg 2, the prepreg 2' is placed on top of the honeycomb core to cover it, and the width of the marginal part is made at least 500 mm to be adhesion-molded by pressing and heating. |
