FASTENER WITH TAPE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the thickness and size of a male member without lowering its strength in a fastener comprising a tape of a male member side and a tape of a female member side. SOLUTION: The fastener with the tape comprises the male side tape formed by forming and fixing a plurality of the male members 6 made of a synthetic resin to a cloth tape 18 at prescribed intervals and the female side tape formed by forming and fixing a plurality of the female members 4 made of a synthetic resin to a cloth tape 30 at the same intervals as those of the male members. In the fastener, the male members 6 and the female members 4 are formed and fixed to the cloth tapes without opening attaching holes on the cloth tapes. The engaging protrusions 20 of the male members 6 are directly raised from the cloth tape 30 without using a base. The male members and the female members are preferably formed in ring shapes when viewed from front and back sides.
