PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate the shock of a work in conveying it or carrying it out and prevent the work from cracking, chipping, etc., by retarding the conveying speed when work is conveyed. SOLUTION: This work conveying device is configured so that a conveying means 20 provided internally with a conveyance path is installed in an inclination such that the work conveying surface on the side with a carry-out hole 20A is positioned lower than that on the side with a carry-in hole 20B, wherein the conveying means 20 is rotated round a shaft stretching in the same direction as the conveying direction.
