PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan bearing support structure having low decrease in flow rate and low generation of noise. SOLUTION: This fan bearing support structure has a fan.shroud whose diameter is gradually made larger toward the downstream, an orifice plate fixed to the larger diameter side end surface of the fan.shroud, having a prescribed clearance to the outer diameter end of a fan rotor blade, a diffuser fixed on the downstream side of the orifice plate, and a horizontally arranged support axis for supporting the bearing of the fan rotor blade, and is constituted in almost an 'X'-shope front face arrangement shape, in which a bearing supporting member for fixing the supporting axis has a narrow angle ofβto the right and left to the vertical line on the top side of the support axis and a narrow angle ofαto the right and left to the vertical line on the bottom side, and the difference between the included angleβand the narrow angleαis specified to be in the range of 4 to 90 degrees.
