PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly deliver white-polished rice already passed through a polishing process without leaving even a single grain of the rice undischarged from a white-polished rice delivery door provided in the hopper of a stirring rice polisher. SOLUTION: Polished rice produced from the stirring rice polisher is stored in a hopper 12, which is equipped with a porously formed rice bran removing part 12a, a whitepolished rice discharge opening 12b and a freely openable/ closable delivery door 12c. At the bottom of the hopper 12, a disclike stirring member 13 is mounted which is rotated in the horizontal direction to stir the polished rice. The stirring member 13 has projecting strips 13b implanted upright on a disclike seat 13a, leaving a slight space to the lateral wall of the bottom of the hopper 12 at the bottom. Since all of the polished rice grains in the hopper 12 are deposited on the stirring member 13, the grains are sufficiently stirred and are discharged into a white-polished rice container 16 outside of the hopper 12 without leaving even a single grain undischarged as the white- polished rice delivery door 12c opens.
