PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converying device not requiring a locating and a replacing operation to be made manually and involving no risk of damaging the work(s) to be processed. SOLUTION: This conveying device is composed of a transporting means 12 consisting of a plurality of carriage pieces 11 made of steel coupled together in a loop form, a feeding part 15 to drive the transporting means 12, and a working jig 17 installed over the carriage pieces 11, wherein each carriage piece 11 is furnished with a recess 21 to admit fit-in of a VCO 5. This eliminates any locating operation to be made manually, and there is no risk of damaging the VCO 5.
