PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting structure for vehicle capable of mounting a battery adjacently to a strut tower bar without curving the strut tower bar. SOLUTION: In this battery mounting structure for vehicle 10, since a battery 14 can be supported in contact with the guide parts 23 and 24 of a bracket provided on a strut tower bar 17 in the mounting or removing work of the battery 13, the necessity of retaining at least the strut tower bar 17 side of the battery 13 by the hands is eliminated. Accordingly, since it is unnecessary to curve and separate the strut tower bar 17 from the battery 13 in order to ensure the space for the hands retaining the battery 13, the strut tower bar 17 can be arranged in an optimum position.
