WHEEL FOR HEAVY LOAD CAR

摘要

PURPOSE: A wheel cools down the temperature of a rim and drops the temperature thereof. CONSTITUTION: Multiple cooling fins(3) are formed on the outer surface of a rim flange(21) with gaps of 3-4cm between themselves. The thickness of the cooling fins(3) is 3-4mm on the lower ends thereof and 2-3mm on the upper end thereof. The angle between the cooling fins(3) and the diametral line of a wheel is 20-30°to minimize frictional noise of air on rotation of the wheel due to the installation of the cooling fins(3) and make the air help to cool the wheel by being mixed with the heated air between a brake drum(4) and wheel.
