PURPOSE: An apparatus for inletting tension reel sleeve is provided to greatly improve operation productivity by promptly and effectively mounting the sleeve on a mandrel of the tension reel even in a limited area, and effectively perform the maintenance operation by solving a problem of small space of installation. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for mounting a sleeve (S) on a mandrel (205) of a tension reel (200) so as to prevent deformation of a coil when coiling a thin sheet of strip in a continuous line, the apparatus for inletting tension reel sleeve comprises a frame (10) arranged so that a plurality of mandrels (205) which are maintained at the same level are surrounded at the outline of the frame, wherein a transverse rail (5) is mounted on the frame; a sliding inlet part (20) equipped with a multi-step mount which is capable of running forwardly and backwardly in the length direction of the mandrel (205), wherein the sliding inlet part is capable of running forwardly and backwardly in the length direction of the mandrels (205); and a clamp part (70) detachably fixing the sleeve (S) at the lowest part of the mount of the sliding inlet part (20), wherein the sleeve (S) is mounted on the mandrel by horizontally moving the sleeve toward any one of the plurality of mandrels, and moving the sleeve in the length direction of the mandrel.
