PURPOSE: Provided is a method for recycling waste fiber reinforced plastics by grinding, wherein the ground waste fiber reinforced plastics are used as a filler in polymer concrete(mortar), therefore, the polymer concrete has excellent strength, durability, watertight property, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The polymer concrete contains a polymer binder selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated polyester resin, a methyl methacrylate resin, and an epoxy resin, an aggregate, and 5-30wt% of the waste fiber reinforced plastic fine powder having a particle size of 5-500micrometer. The waste fiber reinforced plastic is ground by a granulator and a hammer mill or a jet mill or a ball mill.
