PURPOSE: A real time two way repeater of cultural relics and global sites designated by unesco is provided to maximize the reality and the educational effect of the sites for a consumer through the two-way image and voice communication. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a consumer(1), an internet homepage(or broadcasting station)(2), a host computer(3), a server(4), a moving image camera(5), a spot(6), and a sponsor(7). The consumer connects to the internet homepage or broadcasting station and applies for the two-way moving images service. The service is transferred to a camera manager on the spot in real time and the camera manager offers the two-way moving images and information that the consumer wants to receive, to the consumer on the spot in real time. If using a charged site, the consumer needs to pay for the fee. The sponsor can advertise the system to many members and should post up the public service advertising for the environmental protection of a global culture.
