PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of a filter characteristic by increasing the no-load Q of a stripe line resonator, in a filter used for a radio communication equipment. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a substrate 4 which is equipped with electromagnetic field-connected first and second stripe lines 5 and 6 at the surface side and a ground pattern 2 at the back face side, dielectric layer 8 which is laminated on the surface of the substrate 4, and equipped with capacitor patterns 9 and 10 opposed the first and second stripe lines 5 and 6 at the surface side, and metallic cap 1 with which the dielectric layer is covered. A conductive layer which is connected with the ground pattern 2 on the back face of the substrate 4 is provided at one part of the outer peripheral face of the substrate 4, and at least one part of the outer peripheral part of the metallic cap 1 is dropped toward the conductive layer, and the dropped part is connected with the conductive layer. |
