PURPOSE: An engine stall is prevented by engine compensation when restarting and controlling fuel injection amount to a theoretical air-fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION: A crank angle sensor(10) outputs an electronic signal after sensing the rotation angle of the crank shaft. A water temperature sensor(20) outputs an electronic signal by sensing a cooling water temperature. An induction air temperature sensor(30) outputs an electronic signal by sensing the induction air temperature. A microcontroller(40) decides whether the engine rpm is smaller than a set value. When the engine rpm is smaller than the set value, the microcontroller(40) decides whether the water temperature is smaller than a set value. When the water temperature is smaller than the set value, a fuel injection amount is compensated. The microcontroller(40) also decides whether the induction air temperature is smaller than a set value. When the induction air temperature is smaller than the set value, the fuel injection is compensated. When restarting, the fuel injection is also compensated.
